We do not recommend prolonged use in direct outdoor sunlight. The grass fibers do not feature a UV-protected reinforcement formula, and extended outdoor exposure can accelerate fading and aging. We recommend using this mat indoors or in areas with overhead cover for rain protection.
In indoor gyms, units are typically installed via flat assembly; however, when performing high-pull strength training, you may apply adhesive for auxiliary fixation to facilitate later disassembly.
The bottom rubber cushioning reduces the impact; however, if sharp heavy objects fall with significant force, the turf fibers can still be damaged. This component is a consumable part, and localized damage can be addressed by replacing individual sections.
